SANSKRIT & YOGA MASTERY PROGRAM:
Elective: The Yoga of the Bhagavad Gita - Part I
Entering The Bliss of Your Cosmic Form with Dr. Katy Poole, Ph.D.

To practice Yoga in a human body is considered to be the highest blessing among all beings. This is because through Yogic practices of asana, prayanyama, and meditation, the human nervous system becomes very subtle and refined. And in this way, it serves as a medium between animal/instinctual and divine consciousness.
Human birth is precious for this very reason: to realize the fully blossomed state of enlightenment that outshines all ignorance and suffering.
The human/divine connection and how to achieve it through Yoga is no better expressed than in the Sanskrit verses of the Bhagavad Gita. Through chanting them and contemplating their meaning as it emerges in Sanskrit, the light of the higher Self begins to brighten within.
Join Dr. Katy Poole, Ph.D. in her in-depth odyssey through the powerful verses of the Bhagavad Gita – and experience profound growth in your Yoga practice and teaching.
These immersion modules give you the solid foundation necessary to derive the greatest advantage out of the elective courses, as well as to begin to integrate Sanskrit into your Yoga practice and teaching.
